Great location for 2 day's only

Beautiful location. The house itself, the furnishings and gardens are beautiful and relaxing. Extremely pleasing colours throughout and has a very lovely lounge and additional seating areas to enjoy, each with different views. A unique property. The ability to use the kitchen to make teas and coffees and a fridge to store drinks and food was appreciated. Breakfast was good.

Sadly the staff were unwelcoming and left you with the impression you were just another number. The lack of warm hospitality was the greatest disappointment in what would otherwise have been a remarkable experience. Lack of parking was also an issue - only 2 spaces for a 6 bedroom property.

The property is a gem nestled on the village of Solvorn. It was walking distance to the fjord beach, two eateries and the Urnes ferry boat (for pedestrians and cars) on the way to visit the UNESCO stave church. The garden is beautiful, roses the size of my hand! Breakfast was also very filling and loved the various options. Wish I could share more pictures! Our hosts were welcoming.

I had to think about it this one and I can’t say I didn’t like anything.

Excellent accueil et excellent séjour

The location was good and with lots of space, washing machine worked as well as bathroom. Free parking was a bonus.

Cooker didn’t work, the sheets were not prepared and still wet and very crumpled. 3 flights of stairs with heavy luggage and flat was a bit difficult to find

Villa Solvorn is a cozy bed and breakfast. The entire home, inside and out were decorated with love. Oscar and his wife are kind and considerate owners . Vanessa was a wonderful host , always greeting us with a smile. Our large first floor room was beautiful with a private entrance. We felt like it was our little "home" .

Although the bathroom was bid and beautiful, I would prefer it was not shared.
