Wonderful stay - the Hotel met all expectations. Staff were great, and the room was well designed and very comfortable. Wish we were there longer. Will be back again!

We had a lovely night stay here. The room was very very beautiful and cosy. Everything was super clean and the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to go back :)

My partner and I were welcomed warmly with a tour of the hotel and room with Elliot, as well as being gifted two bottles of antipodes water and a sleek, simple but beautiful reusable water bottle/thermos. We were so impressed! The room was compact but beautifully and elegantly designed, every detail thought out to perfection. We felt cocooned by the warmth and silence that surrendered to us when we gazed out at the Waitematā Harbour or blissfully slept. The Libraries were a true highlight for us as a sanctuary to read and admire Shane Cotton’s artistic expression. Breakfast was always delightful with the staff being so attentive and friendly. We would highly recommend the banana, tahini loaf with coconut yogurt; it was sweet, nutty and creamy, the chocolate chips elevating it to absolute decadence. The Zealong lemon ginger tea was refreshingly good as well. Overall it was an amazing experience with all staff members being very accommodating, especially Moneeta who made us feel very special and cared for.
