Loved the decor, very sophisticated. The bed was extra comfy and the bathroom luxurious.

We cannot rate this hotel highly enough. Such a beautiful experience from the interiors, the staff and the restaurants. We will be making this an annual event!

Lovely design. great location, comfortable beds, good breakfast, staff in kingi at night provided attentive service.

Water goes everywhere in bathroom from the shower, when I asked for extra coat hangers they bought up wire ones and only 2 to start, it took 2 calls and 45 minutes to get towels, when we checked in we were given limited information including the inclusive breakfast finished at 11am on Saturday rather than the all day brunch we were informed about and we weren’t told about the Gym or the The Libraries for guests, had to find that out myself. We went to the library twice for drinks and weren’t asked if we wanted another drink, there were no guests but the staff did not check if you wanted anything else, missing out on sales. They had the wrong credit card on my room so hoping I don’t have other charges, had additional room service on the room.

Fabulous location in a beautiful building - really comfortable, cosy, beautifully-quiet rooms, great staff and just wonderful overall vibe. Close to so many wonderful eating spots, but the restaurant in the Hotel is fabulous as well. Breakfast was a highlight everyday too. Loved it! Have stayed before and wouldn't hesitate to stay again! 10/10!
