Size of room, cleaniness, shower gel scent, location, friendly reception at check in.

Noisy air-conditioner and unable to change its fan level, thin walls therefore i could hear next door's heavy base music after 11pm as well as someone running before 7am. Pillows were on a softer side.

Staff was really friendly and helpful (especially Janelle(?). She was lovely and friendly and patient with the check in process and getting a replacement kettle to my room. Loved the little nibbles of chips and wine.

The air conditioner panel. No instructions and I had no idea of it was functioning or not. Room felt a bit stuffy (and no idea if the air con was working).
