The room is very clean and tidy, the mattress is very comfortable, the shower is great, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We are very happy to have chosen to stay here, and we will choose this place again next time we visit Kaikoura! Thank you!

The apartment (2 bedroom) was well appointed with kitchen appliances in God working order except the washing machine that was not working but a common laundry room was still available. The apartment was well maintained, very clean and the needs were comfortable and is sufficiently large for 2 couples or a family of 4 adults. Location on the Esplanade is great with great views out into the sea with the eating places as well as the Pt Kean reserve nearby. But to note that air-conditioning was only available in the lounge/dining/kitchen area. The bedrooms are not heated nor cooled. In April when we visited, hearing was sufficient for the entire apartment. The bathroom toilet was heated with a heat blower and heated towel rails.

Not much to dislike.
