ITHo prenotato questo appartamento per dei parenti in visita ai mercatini di Natale a verona per la prima volta e sono rimasti super soddisfatti! L’appartamento è accogliente, pulitissimo e ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno anche molto più lungo! È poi, vogliamo parlare del fatto che è centralissimo e a pochi passi da una delle piazze più belle d’Italia? Stupendo! Se non ci abitassi già a verona lo prenoterei per me stessa!

ITAppartamento grande e comodo a tutte le principali attrazioni, a 2 minuti a piedi dall'area di Verona. Pulizie buona, cialde e tè in regalo.

Il check in si fa in un ufficio distante dalla struttura. Al momento del check out l’ufficio era chiuso e non abbiamo potuto usufruire del deposito bagagli; al momento del check in tuttavia la chiusura dell’8 dicembre non ci era stata comunicata e anzi l’addetto ci aveva detto della possibilità del deposito bagagli. Abbiamo effettuato diverse chiamate al numero delle emergenze senza avere risposta (se si fosse trattata di una vera emergenza che cosa avremmo fatto???) e siamo state costrette a lasciare le chiavi nella cassetta della posta, avvisandoli con un messaggio. Pulizia della casa non ottima, c’era parecchia polvere in giro. In ultimo pretendono che siano gli ospiti a buttare l’immondizia.

ESEl peor servicio de todos. El lugar sigue funcionando solo por la ubicación. La recepción lejos del apartamento, nadie te acompaña, la casa sucia, las paredes con moho. Una experiencia fatal. El edificio en general fatal. No volveremos nunca

AMThe location is excellent. The flat is large, with good layout, initially well-equipped, but not maintained good.
During our 3day stay we did not have internet connection, the host said it is due to provider issues and did nothing to provide any solution. Also the blankets were dirty, dishwasher doesywork properly.
