Absence de personnel. Communication par whatsapp uniquement. La douche qui ne fonctionne pas à notre arrivée.

Oase van rust en prachtig zwembad. Wat meer afgelegen maar toch op 5 min met de wagen van het centrum en op 15min van het strand. Wij vonden dit ideaal. Er is geen receptie maar via whatsapp krijg je heel snel antwoord op je vragen. Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters.

Het ontbijt zou ik er niet opnieuw bijnemen. De bar is gezellig maar de opties te beperkt (een ei of pancake). Na een week heb je het wel gehad met de eieren. Ze werden steeds tevens ook niet vers bereid. De bar toont geen flexibiliteit. Ik vroeg om de koriander uit het ei te laten maar dat ging niet, even een nieuw eitje bakken zat er niet in. 1 ochtend waren we 10min te laat maar er kon geen ontbijt meer voorzien worden ook al was het absoluut niet druk in de bar en wordt alles op voorhand bereid. Erg jammer. Je kan wel a la carte bestellen als je bijbetaalt maar dat is erg duur. We besloten uiteindelijk niet meer naar het ontbijt te gaan en zelf iets te halen in de supermarkt. Jammer van het geld.

Siamo rimasti senza gas una sera e quindi doccia fredda. E non potevamo cucinare. Ma il ragazzo è stato gentilissimo da mettere a disposizione la cucina del bar. Il piano cottura della cucina dell appartamento andrebbe pulito meglio

Le cadre extérieur est très agréable, l’hôtel est calme. La literie est de bonne qualité.

L’hôtel fonctionne à la manière d’un Airbnb avec boîte à clés. Nous n’avons pas de contact physique avec le gérant, ni d’attention personnelle, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué. A notre arrivée, les serviettes de bain présentaient des taches suspectes. L’hôtel nous les a changé le lendemain matin et cela nous a un peu refroidi. La salle de bain n’était pas dotée d’un tapis de bain. L’éclairage est blanc et cru, les espaces gagneraient à être dotés d’une lumière plus tamisée.

L’emplacement,la piscine ,la tranquillité

Le seul bémol est l’absence de restauration le soir.

Good sized apartment with amenities and a lovely bathroom and shower. Well sized fridge, freezer and equipped kitchen. Good communication with the hotel staff.

The location is out of town, on a road that is not well lit. Don’t be fooled by the photos, the trees around the pool are mature and shading it, leaving it very cold. The rooms are not well sound proofed and we were woken up every morning by different guests.

Top Personal, sehr sauber, großzügige Wohnung mit ausreichender Küchenausstattung. Pool wird täglich gereinigt. Das Café wird auch viel n Besuchern sehr gut frequentiert, top Pick..

The whole Tulum is very humid; and there is not a space for the washed cloths to be dried!

Alex was a gracious host. The cafe was the best, very personal experience and gave the whole property a good vibe.
