Aldea Xaan Ha Tulum

Lovely secluded pool, garden area. Comfortable rooms. The team in the cafe were friendly and helpful.

A couple of small niggles - we returned to the complex around 2.30pm after a morning's sightseeing hoping to relax by the pool. However, we were unable to relax due to a team member using a noisy leaf blower around the pool area for around 2 hours- in the end we gave up and retreated to our room. Whilst I appreciate grounds maintenance is required to keep the area tidy maybe midmorning/after check out would be a little more conducive with providing guests with an area to relax in. The shower fitting was angled in such a way that the water was projected horizontally from the wall resulting in a wet floor- no way to alter it to make it run vertically as showers normally do.

Het is een mooie locatie met een ontzettend leuk ontbijttentje. Het zwembad is heerlijk, het is er rustig. Er is geen personeel behalve voor de schoonmaak. Kamer is comfortabel en ruim. Veel informatie op de kamer en tips voor de omgeving etc.

Geen opmerkingen over de accommodatie, alles piekfijn in orde. De locatie vond ik zelf wat minder, het is best een eindje lopen naar het centrum van Tulum Pueblo en de weg is onverhard en niet heel goed. Maar het voordeel is dan wel weer dat het er erg rustig is. Tulum beach is met een taxi heel goed bereikbaar (kwartiertje rijden).

Nádherné apartmány uprostřed zahrady s velkým bazénem. Snídaně probihali v přilehlé kavarně, jež byli vynikající. Především chválíme kvalitu kávy.

Ubytovací komplex byl v odlehlejší části Tulumu, proto doporučujeme mít k dispozici vozidlo.

Very nice ambience, beautiful landscape & architecture

Location is far and in remote area There is no staff or reception, nobody there to ask for anything or to complaint, like hot water was not there in the morning Breakfast was included but very basic, hardly any options for vegetarian. Restaurant staff was rude and non. Coperative

La chambre un peu humide, sombre, le matelas qui bouge, l eau chaude très longue a venir , le réfrigérateur bruyant.

Cadre agréable, logement spacieux, petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. La serveuse qui s’occupe du petit déjeuner très gentille.

Frigo avec l’extérieur moisi, plaque de cuisson propreté douteuse, et surtout : moins de 5min d’eau chaude par jour ! De plus, il est dommage que l’hôtel ne dispose pas de réception. C’est assez impersonnel.

Struttura molto bella, pulita, camera grande, colazione inclusa molto buona. Abbiamo usufruito dei servizi di noleggio moto e lavanderia tutti super efficienti.
