We had a wonderful stay at Springhill Suites. It was very clean!! All staff was very kind and helpful. It was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was great. And it was close to everything we wanted to do! Thank you Springhill Suites Northwest Kansas City, MO

"Below average of what I expect from Marriott"

The fitness was okay but no items to clean equipment. Pool was nice but lock on door didn't work. Had to wait to exit.

There was no refresh on the 3rd day. No fresh towels daily. Continental breakfast. No emptying of garbage. No city view. Desk staff good but housekeeping unresponsive.
