⭐ 1/10 — Extremely Disappointing Experience This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had through Booking.com. My reservation was fully confirmed, and the property had already pre-authorized payment on my credit card. Because my flight arrived late, I informed the property in advance of my expected arrival time, and they confirmed that they had received the information. However, when I arrived that evening, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled and my room had been given to someone else. What makes this situation even worse is that I never received any cancellation notice, and my booking was still shown as active on Booking.com. As a result, I was forced to search for alternative accommodation late at night, causing additional expenses, stress, and significant disruption to my rest and preparation for an important competition. The property knew I was arriving, yet canceled a confirmed reservation without any notice and reassigned the room to another guest. In my view, this goes beyond poor management and represents a serious disregard for guest rights and trust. If reliability and booking security are important to you, I would strongly recommend reconsidering before booking this property. Even with a confirmed reservation, payment authorization, and advance communication regarding a late arrival, I still arrived to find that no room was available for me.
