Fairfield Inn & Suites Kinston

Despite requesting room service twice—once via the in-room phone and again at the front desk—my room was never serviced for the lengthof my stay. Additionally, when I asked for extra pillows, the front desk attendant claimed none were available, yet she was sitting on two pillows at the desk. To make matters worse, the ice machine was contaminated with black mold pouring into the buckets, presenting a serious health concern. I hope you will address these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests. Lastly, The manager on duty sign has been blank since I checked in so I have no idea who to speak to about this matter.

If you are in the area, do not hesitate to stay here. The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

The staff was sweet as usual. My family didn't even book together but we were all placed in a general area. I enjoyed my stay as always!

We found bed bugs and fleas. We got bit also. Never had this happened with other hotels. Also bed board was so dusty and water proof sheets under the sheets had so much hair and food crust. This was a horrible stay. Still bug bites part are very bad on our body.

The air conditioned stopped working at 3amz I turned the unit off because it was blowing heat and the thermostat was reading 83 degrees. The room cooled down to 75 after an hour and was ok for the rest of the night. I don’t bother to make a deal about it at 3am because I was tired but when I informed staff when checking out, it was dismissed. No apologies, no sympathy, just own to helping the next person. HORRIBLE! The staff that checked me in seemed to be over it also… not very welcoming
