The hotel smelled amazing! The staff was Amazing. Shout out to Mercedes! She did an exceptional job. She was our front desk clerk. She had great customer service . I mean exceptional customer service. Everything was ready when I got there. She helped me out ALOT and was very pleasant about any questions or concerns that I had. Everytime I looked at her she smiled. You don’t find good customer service as hers these days. Thank you for making our stay great Mercedes.

The staff

The first 2 two rooms they put me in was nasty. The third was better but we found a bed bug. I cut my stay a day early and get a hotel elsewhere. No follow with management.
