I liked the location and the staff was friendly and professional.

The tub was dirty. The towels had pubic hairs trapped in them. I’m a little disgusted.

I stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kinston on May 9, 2025, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The complimentary breakfast offered a great variety, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kinston!
