"The stay was pleasant."

The room and bathroom were clean.

The chairs in the room were Very weathered and the heat/ac unit soaked the floor. Also, the fire alarm continued for ten minutes.

"Checked into my room. Room clearly wasn’t ready. Had to make my own bed."

The location.

I was literally handed a set of bed sheets by the front desk staff to make the bed myself after walking into my room and seeing the current set of bed sheets all over the room and complaining.
