Location is awesome and the booking process was last minute for us and it was very smooth. I stay there lots and its always very well organized.

Bathroom is a glass door in the shower so I like it. Breakfast is good but only one lady was working in a busy weekend. Comfortable, good location, kitchen is good.

"Medical appointments "

We went for a medical appt for our son. We couldn’t get the same room for all 5 days so we asked for a late check out for noon and an early check in so our son didn’t have to be away from a bathroom he has gastrointestinal issues. The staff were amazing!! Thought it might be a couple hours to wait for the new room but they had it ready for us in 15 minutes Transferred from one room to the other. We are truely grateful how helpful they were to accommodate us. The rest of the week was relaxing with 2 queen beds so our son could do his appointments and stress free. The kitchen area was so nice to cut down on costs to eat in instead of at restaurants. We would definitely stay again

"Unimpressed with how we were treated."

Location, amenities

My reservation was not honored as it was booked. Instead of three rooms with 2 queen beds, we were given 2 rooms with 1 king size beds and a sofa bed (not comfortable) and 1 room with a king bed and a roll away. This made our stay uncomfortable. I was also told that by going through booking.com that I wasn’t guaranteed to get what I reserved. Also, carpets and some sheets (we had to make up some beds ourselves which is unacceptable for $200 a night) were not clean.

Nice room, we liked the full size fridge with ice maker. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Only disappointed that housekeeping didn’t enter our room the entire stay (3 nights). Fresh towels would have been nice. We had to go and get them from the front desk.

Excellent hotel. Our truck broke down and the manager was excellent in help with our issue. Friendly, kind staff and clean hotel. The manager helped us jump our truck, made calls to find us a new battery and went above her duties of Manager at the hotel.
