MainStay Suites Great Falls Airport

Very nice stay as usual. Unfortunately this time our room did have a ton of long black hairs on the floor and some in the bed and intertwined in the towels. But other than that minor problem everything was wonderful!

Breakfast was terrible

Great location.

Tauna is super nice made sure we were comfortable, nice lady.

I was disappointed in the breakfast. We arrived at 8:45 along with several other people. No one offered or refilled the food that was empty. I had 3 hungry children that I had to go feed at a different establishment

Breakfast was not full when we went down at 830. But the room was excellent. We had 5 in our party and perfect space! Very clean!

Unfortunately, I don't ever eat breakfast there. I get up too late because I am relaxing on the comfortable beds.

Most of the day Saturday, nobody was available at the front desk for pool towels and then after, hotel room toilet paper. We called the front desk, we went to front desk three times ringing that bell, but nobody came. It wasn't until late in the evening about 10 pm, the lady was at front desk to get us toilet paper. We stayed two nights to relax

It’s ok but people complain about the wrong things

Coffee was real good.

Apples instead of oranges, shower door on wrong side, you must turn water on/off while standing under the shower. Tough when starting the shower.
