"Clean. basic accommodation above a good pub"

The location is good, being close to a train station and tram stops, allowing easy access to the city. The downstairs is a decent pub. The rooms were clean but basic, although well-provided with tea and coffee (but no milk).

There was no in-stay room servicing. The rooms would benefit from the installation of a TV.

We had a Tv on the wall but it wasn’t plugged in and couldn’t reach the outlet. When trying to call the property about this, so we could get an extension cord or something, they didn’t pick up the phone. Over 15 calls made to try and get ahold of anyone
