As I had a dinner that night it was so easy to stay on any drive

Location near tram and train and restaurants shops etc. friendly helpful staff. Ended up staying another night booked late evening before due to check out and explained to staff next morning who arranged to stay in same room. Nice large bar downstairs with live music at weekend - not the place if you want an early night tho.Free laundry and even were washing supplies provided.

Check in was in bar which was awkward with bags as was packed for Saturday night. Check in staff were great though and showed to room and facilities. Room could have been bit cleaner as old bits of paper under bed. No hot water in evening

I loved the location. Room was perfect for the price. Noise from the pub wasn't too bad and the bathrooms seemed newly renevated with excellent shower heads

Only one power point in the room but considering the age of the building, a minor gripe

The lack of cleanliness of our room. Tbh it was filthy and the wifi you have to share with the adjacent pub and is generally very poor especially on weekends..

This is a horrendous stay. Actually horrendous is an upgrade to whatever adjective I have to use.

Friendliness of the staff, their availability, the facilities on offer. Fantastic location being within 3 minutes of a train station and a vibrant community within 10 minutes walk.

Was unsure where to put the supplied towels after they were used. Also would prefer more PowerPoints in the bedroom but it's a very small thing :)

The room was small. Only one pillow pp. 1 coffee cup. No sugar or milk. No TV. No fridge. No bathroom. One coat hanger. Very noisy. At check in we were told 10am was departure time but that was flexible within reason. At 9.30am, I received a loud knock on the door and told quite aggressively, by a young women, 'that 'yous' have to clear out by 10'. That was so rude and unnecessary.
