The College Lawn is well located, rooms are basic but have everything you need. Love the newly renovated bathroom and kitchen! Thanks for supplying the heater, keeps the room warm on cold winters nights.

A simple, cheap mattress topper would do wonders in cushioning the mattress springs.

The location and the College Lawn pub itself is a great property with lovely food and happy hour drinks. Free washing machine and dryer provided which is great while travelling or if you happen to get caught in the rain.

Honestly, the WORST bed I have ever slept in in a hotel. These beds need to be replaced ASAP. Springs were pretty much pressing into my body. Although there is a heater in the room, there was not enough bedding considering it was mid-winter. Another thick blanket should be provided during the winter months at least. The kitchen area was dirty and smelled like mice. I actually wiped all the dust around the washing machine and dryer area.

All staff friendly and helpful.

The location was fantastic. The pub downstairs was excellent, very nice food and atmosphere. Lovely staff.

The rooms are a bit run down, they could do with some fresh paint. Some more hooks in the shower cubical as there is no seat to put your clothes on. Get an electrician in to raise the power points off the floor as my phone charger wouldn't fit.

First time staying at a property with shared bathrooms and was fine for the price of stay. Convenient to trains and trams also.
