My husband and w few guys for work booked this hotel to stay. Upon arrival they first put all 3 guys in dirty rooms. When they put my husband in the second room he does what he always does and checks for bed bugs as also the other guys. Well behold they had bed bugs. They showed the man working there and he called his manager at the front to let her know there were bed bugs and the guys were going back to the desk. The other two guys rooms were still dirty and had dead and alive crickets all over their rooms. They wanted to put them in a third room and the guys said no they wanted a refund. Manager said they would get a refund. I reached out to hotels.com to make sure refund is processed and first it was no one could get ahold of them so they were not refunding our money. I even tried to call and nothing. We kept on trying and finally got a Manager of hotels.com and they tried to contact the property and they finally got able of the hotel and they told the they will not be refunding our rooms. Since we had picture proof of bed bugs hotels.com decided to refund anyways. We also along with the the other guys have contacted the health department like that was recommended to us to do but not by hotels.com. Don’t waste your time or money on this place!!! I would still be upset but not as upset as I am now after they said they would give a refund and then refused it! However I am thankful to hotels.com for making it right and giving us our refund!

No one was in lobby at check in ( 3:15 pm). Walked to hotel next door to inquire...note on theirdoor referred upubackto Oyo lobby. Wairted 30 minutesin lobby for employee to mosey in. She seemed pur out that se has a customer. I did not expect glamorous acco.odations for the price paid, but I do expect it to be clean. Floor was dirty, bath towel was stained, hair in shower drain and door did not latch. What a pig sty!

The a/c in our room did not work. Wasn’t very clean. Had to ask for bar soap & enough towels. No remote for the tv. Pictures on Hotels.com website looked way better than what we actually had.

"Will never stay at an oyo again"

There was a smell in the office, the attendant clearly didn't know what he was doing. Payed cash and had to ask for my change after he charged more than the hotels app said it was. Had to shoulder check the door of our room to get it open after unlocking it. The ceiling was leaking water and the place was just filthy and overall disgusting

We checked in around 10pm and they were cleaning our room, the lobby smelled disgusting! They tried to charge a pet fee of $20, which why? They were absolutely disgusting!

I booked a room on Expedia. When I got the the motel nobody was there. There were sticky notes with phone numbers to call and a ring camera door bell. I talked to someone through the ring camera and they tried to tell me where all the keys were hiding so I could check myself in. Never found room keys, and nobody showed up. I wound up staying at the flaming inn across the street and I will gladly do it again. Still waiting on my refund.

Language barrier apon entry was a small issue. Booked a king room that apparently they didn't have any left of even though there was only like 7 cars between the 2 motels. Took a minute to find the room because it was in the 2nd motel will another name. Rooms were run down walls had stains and bathroom had some mold and mildew.sheets were clean and no uninvited guests.
