Good location, clean and friendly staff.

Only negative was extremely loud guests in the room on the floor above our room. Sounded like jumping off the bed onto the floor all hours of the night! It kept us up until 2:30am. Made a call to the front desk and the noise stopped immediately.

Clean rooms, friendly staff. Quiet even though the hotel was full.

1. Trying to get a room without using a booking site was insane. The prices were beyond exorbitant, even through Booking.com our deal was what we expected a normal rate would be. 2. We had a king room with pullout bed. There was only one pillow and a super thin blanket. Our son was not very comfortable. 3. If you have a larger, taller vehicle like we do, the underground parking is unavailable and there are limited ground level parking spots for oversized vehicles. This would not have been an issue except most spots were taken by small vehicles that would have fit in the underground parking which creates difficulty with parking. The hotel was putting notices on small cars to move to underground parking but there was no real enforcement.
