Hyatt Place Kelowna

The rooms were very well laid out and decorated, and provided a relaxing place to work and rest. I enjoyed just spending time in my room when not doing other activities. The hotel and parking were easy to navigate. I enjoyed the daily snack in the lobby. We did not get to use the pool and workout activities, but did visit them and had planned to use them.

The dampers on some of the suite doors on our floor needed adjustment, as there was significant banging when people entered and exited their rooms. Also, the wooden construction did not include skim-coated flooring, so when the person directly above us got up very early to start their day, pack and leave, we heard every action before falling back to sleep. Also, our bed had a very soft topper, which many people would appreciate; it was too soft for our liking. One Final Thing: I got a coffee during the day, I paid 5$ for a lukewarm Nespresso. Go out for coffee instead.

Should have a free breakfast. Make it simpler and not charge for it. Lots of noise from above and the room next door. Heard full conversation thru the paper walls

Friendly staff at the front desk and breakfast area, super clean facilities and rooms. The bedroom is spacious, comfortable and it has everything you need. Great location, walking distance to the Saturday morning's Farmers Market, restaurants, grocery stores. Safe underground parking lot, and the breakfast worths more than the $11 charged. Nice and healthy options, buffet style, we loved it! Oh, complimentary coffee and infused water at the reception were a nice touch!

Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms that are modern in design. The pool area is nice. The under ground parking is spacious and I would stay here again
