"Gutes kleines Hitel mit freundlichem Personal und tollem Frühstück, außer kleinen Mankos."

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Matratze war durchgelegen und viel zu weich. In der Sauna hat es sehr gemüffelt.

"Super localisation pour naviguer autour du lac de Constance"

Hôtel très bien situé à Meersburg : il y a un parking et la ville est facile d’accès à pied ! L’hôtel est mignon avec un jardin et une piscine. Notre chambre au rez de chaussée disposait d’une terrasse privative et la chambre (très grande) malgré une déco un peu datée était très confortable. Le personnel est charmant et très attentionné. Rien à redire !

Rien que je n’ai pas aimé même si les serviettes de toilette pourraient être un peu plus moelleux…

"Nie wieder!"

das nette Personal im Frühstücksbereich, die EMFPANGSDAME & der kleine Essbereich draussen

Der Chef, die Hygiene & die Ausstattung. Angekommen sind wir gegen 14:00Uhr. Beim Check-In wurden wir ganz schnell abgefertigt. Wenn wir nicht nachgefragt hätten, von wann bis wann es Frühstück gibt, hätten wir keinerlei Informationen bekommen. Uns wurde nur mitgeteilt wie wir zum Zimmer gelangen & das in einem genervten Ton. Im Zimmer angekommen war ich & mein Partner echt schockiert. Das Zimmer war sehr klein & eng. Auf der Matratze lagen Haare, Ameisen sind im Zimmer rumgekrabbelt, deutliche Staubablagerungen an verschiedenen Bereichen. Der Föhn im Bad völlig verdreckt und mit Haaren verklebt. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem unangenehmen Vorfall mit dem Hotelbetreiber. Als wir gegen 23:00/23:30 lediglich nachfragen wollten ob sich das Tor an der Tiefgarage automatisch schließt wurde ich in einem unangemessen Ton angemeckert und verbale angegriffen. „Du tickst doch nicht mehr richtig, mich das abends zu fragen?“ „Spinnst du oder was?“ Dieses „Hotel“, was eher als Jugendherberge durchgeht, würde ich nie wieder buchen & ist das teure Geld überhaupt nicht wert. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht über ein & so etwas freches wie diesen Betreiber/Besitzer habe ich noch nie erlebt.
