Location convenient to museum, dining and shopping. Friendly and helpful staff. Well laid out room with good lighting and outlets. Modern bathroom with roomy shower. Decent breakfast with some hot offerings. Convenient parking.

I figured that The Lake Placid Inn Boutique Hotel would be nice because of previous reviews but it was way nicer than I expected. Friendly staff, super clean and beautiful updated hotel all around with a great breakfast and great location. You can walk into town very easily from this hotel too.

Nothing to dislike here!

Staff was outstanding! Friendly, helpful and very pleasant. Room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable Breakfast was average to good.

The shower design, especially the shower curtain, threshold and shower floor tiling need to be corrected. Water went all over the floor as the shower overflowed the threshold since the curtain had a 1.5 inch gap to the floor. Also, the shower basin could hold little water
