Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country, Tapestry Collection Hilton

I stopped while traveling, and visited the bar for a beverage before heading back out. The bartender Candice was very friendly greeting me and helping me with refreshments before heading out again. I felt very welcomed, and her conversations helped me relax from the focus of the road. Great personable experience, hotel lobby was very clean and welcoming. Front desk gentlemen, Alex, maintained eye contact while greeting me. I’ll be sure to consider the hotel for future stays, thank you.

I had a nice check in experience with Jed. He had my wine glasses I requested only 1 hour ago in the room upon check in. He also provided information such as all the amenity hours which I hadn’t received here before.

Accommodating, thoughtful and professional-Jed is a gem! He drove us to and from our event and later jumped into concierge role as well!

The hotel was nice. We did have an issue with the pull out sofa but staff handled it quickly. Great location for a quick drive to the casino. Close to Charles Schultz museum. Both were great fun.

Nice modern hotel

OK room. Lacks many items. Staff ok. Yes, pet friendly room. Didn't use the pool. Only there for my daughters bridal shower. I left 1 day early to drive back to my home in Idaho for reason's and was not refunded. I will never use Hotels.com again. Other people I talked to who was staying there also were unceded as well.

Very good clean rooms and good staff. I was not aware of the guest have to pay extra for parking and hotel is not even in downtown like area
