I love how pretty and inviting it looks, how I wasn’t lost just waiting for someone to guide me. I loved that they gave us a few card for drinks and how the charge for parking after trip and don’t have to be worried about paying when you get there.

In short, it was such an awful experience I wrote a 3 page letter to corporate office! The operations manager on duty was so aggressive, rude, and unpleasant. A few highlights: The blowdryer had wires exposed and shocked my mother. The phone in our room was non functioning during our entire stay. The refrigerator was non functioning and all the food we brought with us (3 hours on an ice chest) was spoiled the next morning! There is a homeless shelter that is separated from the parking lot by a chain link fence. The view is of the homeless shelter from your room window. There is a drug testing facility across the street, and a police station next door! Will NEVER RETURN!

I asked for an early check in around 2, they said no problem when I called in the morning and again at noon. My room was not ready until 3:15

Loved the Beds super comfy. Also we are coffee drinkers the two water bottles were $3 each in the room and I didn’t see a microwave in my room we had to go out and buy some water bottles . We didn’t bring our left over food because we wouldn’t be able to heat up in comfort of our room

Terrific property! Clean, new, stylish and comfortable. We loved our four day stay here. The property is really new, in great condition and generally upscale in its amenities and finishes. Bar staff was particularly friendly and we had a great stay.
