Hotel Centro Sonoma Wine Country, Tapestry Collection Hilton

very nice bar and lobby. Decor was upscale. Stayed to see Chicago.

The check in time said 3:00pm on Expedia and on the plaque that is directly behind the check in desk but they told me check in was at 4pm. I came at 3 and thought an hour was okay of a wait but I come back at 4 and it’s still not ready. The room wasn’t ready until 5pm and I was tired after traveling and just wanted to be in my hotel room. They eventually put us into a whole different room which didn’t even have a microwave the fridge was about the same size as the travel safe in the room. There wasn’t soap in the bathroom to wash our hands. This was my first time at a 4 star hotel and it was honestly disappointing. I’ve stayed at 2-3 star hotels with better amenities/service. I expected more is all I can really say

Enjoyed our stay. There was a smell outside the hotel that discouraged us from using the outdoor pool but otherwise no complaints

Booked a nights stay with prepaid breakfast, however, their dining room is tiny and only have a few tables. We ended up not being able to eat due to the restaurant/lobby not having enough space to accomodate. The room and bathroom modern and comfortable. As for breakfast, you afe better off eating at the black bear diner which is 2 minutes away.

Perfect location to the families. Like the remodeling done to the lobby. No charge for electric car charging, Bed was comfortable.

Didn't like the daily parking fee. That was new charge since it was taken over by Hilton. quality of dinning was better before. Need to upgrade the cooking staff. Also, I used to get two bottles of water as a Hilton Honors member. Not anymore, you have to be a silver member to received free bottle of water.

Greated as we walked in. Eady checkin. Went to the Rusdian River for a day in the water and sunbathing. I received a text if there waa anything we needed. Love this extra simple step!

Excellent place. I love it before it got a name change and I still love it now. Staff is cool and the location is awesome.
