"A little stark and cold, but clean and modern. "

Nothing “wrong” with it, just a little stark and cold. (Not temperature cold, ambience cold.) clean but stark room, bathroom, etc.Shower, no tub, just the basics room, big nice TV though. This is a cheapened version of a nice Hyatt hotel, tucked Anya through a plain white door from the warmth of the “Other Hyatt” it’s attached to. Very strange. And be aware that there is a 5 euro fee for shuttle transport to the airport. That bit of information didn’t appear until I had already paid for the non-refundable room. Frustrating.

The experience was great. The only problem we had was when we called room service to change our sheets after several days, it was not done. We went to town and came back to the dirty sheets. Thankfully someone at the front desk was able to run around to find us some clean sheets and comforters. Overall it was a nice experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House. The buffet breakfast each morning was fabulous and there were no disturbances at night. Staff were friendly.
