I had to spend the night in Paris due to a long layover. It was very difficult to get to the "airport" hotel. The signage at the airport was unclear and after about an hour of asking how to get to the hotel, I eventually took a taxi (which was 25 Euros. The next morning, the hotel shuttle to the airport (keep in mind this is an airport hotel) didn't run early enough to get to my flight. They said they would call a taxi for me, but I think it ended up being a friend of someone at the hotel- who charged me 30 Euros just to go 15 minutes down the road. The whole thing felt wrong. The room itself was fine, but the convenience of an airport hotel for a 15 hour layover was nonexistent.

"Disappointing "

Advertised as at CDG, but you have to take tram to third stop and then a hotel shuttle that only runs until 8:30 PM (not mentioned on website). We arrived by train at 9. Poor directions to tram, and then forced to take taxi from third tram stop for 25 Euro. Shuttle would have cost 5 Euro each too. Arrived at 10, at which time restaurant closed. ‘Market’ food was totally awful junk food. Staff were very nice, room was ok, but very difficult to get back and forth to airport. Will stay at on-site airport hotel next time.

"Excellent transit stay for CDG "

Good transit stay. Very new, functional, and clean. Cool decor and comfortable furniture. I went for a great run on a walk/run path and would love to check out the nearby Bois de Pie trail next time.

At checking there was confusion that we had not already paid and had a free breakfast. That was cleared up with a different agent and everything else was fine. The self service buffet was particularly noteworthy— scrambled eggs, fruits croissants etc, not the usual continental breakfast. Given our early flight I should have initially planned to stay here for the final night rather than Paris. Plans changed owing to the strike. The hotel is a great value if you don’t need a car or just need to catch a shuttle to the air port the next day.
