BUZUKU Apartments Liman (Mediterraneo)

This hotel is good value for money. The appartments are very large. There is private parking and no extra fee is charged for it. The food is good and the they have restaurant and bar all day. I must say that we've got amazing balkan style pancakes each morning. Loved them. Even if basic, we enjoyed a quick lunch every day after the beach. The beach is literally outside the door. They offer you deck chairs on the private area at 25euro a pair. Never have I had this luxury before, and the price for this luxury was totally worth it. It's a place very fit for families with kids or large groups. Because they offer everything, you also get to know other hotel visitors, so there can be a sense of community. I have many many nice memories. The location is also a lot better than the rest of the city: calm, quiet, clean and decent (the city is noisy, crowded and with dirty areas).

The city has 2 issues: overly couded buildings (however this is quite common also in Croatia and in Grece) - we were in the apartment without beach view, so we were facing the neighbours walls, plus, this creates a buzzing sound in some areas of the building (from engines, air conditioning or neighbours), just during the days, but the nights are OK. Secondly, the roads in the coastal area are narrow and with steep slopes, and driving from both ways on 1 lane, so get ready for the adventure. The adventure was great, but I wasn't the one driving 😀.

Excellente localisation, à 5 min du chateau de Ulcijn et de la vielle ville. Une plage en face de l'hotel et une autre à 3 min. Vu incroyable. Personnel très accueillant, tolérant et à l'écoute.

Sve je super, samo treba biti oprezan, jer na bookingu imaju dva profila istog apartmana, navodno zbog različitih-zajedničkih vlasnika. Na jednom piše da su ležaljke i suncobran besplatni za goste, a na drugom ne piše, pa plaćaš dodatno.

Lokacija dobra, plaza takodjer.

Jako neuredno i necisto, osoblje nije bilo spremno da izadje u susret vrlo jednostavnom zahtjevu (jos jedan carsaf za pokrivanje djevojcici)… bezveze. Jastucnice prljave, posudje uzasno prljavo u apartmanu. Toalet papira nismo imali. Sve smo morali opet prebrisati. Dorucak - nikad manji svedski stol nisam vidjela, u zivotu.

Emplacement face a la mer, à 10min à pied de la vieille ville, idéal pour laisser la voiture au parking !

Niveau de propreté des logements à revoir, idem pour la zone du petit déjeuner où il faut se battre pour avoir une place et quelque chose à manger (une seule personne pour tout gérer..) Rien de qualitatif, mais cela remplie l’estomac. À savoir, 25€ par jour pour 2 transats dans la zone pourtant de l’hôtel (en fait non ce n’est pas le même hôtel..) Paiement en espèces quasi exigé, étrange en somme
