Die Lage in einer kleinen Bucht, etwas Abseits vom Trubel in Ulcinj. Großes Appartement mit Blick in die Bucht. Gutes WLAN Schönes Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse

Zufahrt zum Hotel sehr abenteuerlich Baustelle direkt neben dem Hotel Ausstattung der Küche im Appartement sehr spärlich Man wirbt mit hoteleigenem Strand, muss dann aber trotzdem 25 Euro pro Tag für 2 Liegen zahlen oder sich alternativ auf den Kiesel/Steinstrand legen.

- Decent breakfast buffet - Location right by the beach - Walking distance to the old town and city center - Quiet and relaxing area - We had a spacious balcony with sea view - Friendly staff - Decent wifi

- There were a lot (and I mean a lot) of maintenance issues. The first room we stayed in the electrical rollers shutters in the bedroom were broken so it couldn't close or open, a night stand light was broken, as well as a wardrobe door. - We switched room and the maintenance issues continued. There were wardrobe doors that were broken, several lamps inside and on the balcony that did not work, a drawer in the bathroom taped with masking tape, a night stand missing a leg etc. To be fair the hotel addressed the thing we pointed out, but at some point we just felt bothered by having to point out all the things that did not work or were broken. - We struggled with a lack of cleaning. We stayed for three weeks and our impression was that they did not have a good routine for how to do a more thorough cleaning for longer stays. For example rooms only got vacuumed after check out, while you were staying there they broomed and rough mopped the floors leaving our floors pretty bad after a while. We also had to ask them after a week to please clean things such as mirrors, the shower, and the balcony glass doors because it wasn't getting done. Our impression was that this was more do to lack of routine than ill will. - The rooms come with a small kitchen area, but hardly any equipment to do any cooking. There was a small frying pan and a pot, but no spatula, or kitchen knife, or cutting board etc. - The hotel has an area with sunbeds and umbrellas, but the beds are an extra 25 euros per day. We were staying three weeks, so it would have been hundreds and hundreds of euros extra if we were to use the hotels facilities. We ended up just buying sunbeds and an umbrella to put on the free beach next to the hotel for the cost of two days at the hotels facility. - There were some health and safety issues like an electrical outlet and open wiring INSIDE the shower, lack of smoke detectors, lack of emergency exit signs og lights etc. - The beds lacked a mattress topper

Het prachtige uitzicht en het ruime appartement.

Slechte koffie bij het ontbijt.

Velikost prostoru pro skupinu a kra se ně velká a perfektně situovaná terasa. Nejkrásnější koupání. Škoda jen ze lehátka nejsou pro hotelové hosty v ceně nebo za nižší poplatek než pro neubytované. A chybělo nám aspoň možnost drobného občerstvení na místě.

Že všechny pokoje neměly přístup na terasu, k zachování klidu a soukromí všech. Ale to je maličkost.

The stay here is incredible. The views are amazing, it’s quiet but still close to the old town (where it’s extremely loud at night, but somehow doesn’t impact this location). It’s very walkable, with clean and large room. The hosts here were incredible. They drove us to the town to get water one morning and even arranged our taxi for us the next day. Also, the breakfast is very good and has many options.

Amazing stay with a stunning view! The room was clean, cozy, and had an absolutely breathtaking view. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful — you can really feel how much they care about their guests. I truly enjoyed my stay and would love to come back!
