The location and ease of check in. The balcony and view of the beach and ocean.

The difficulty in getting the tv to get local channels to watch college or pro football games. Had to rig my own devices to watch games I had interest in watching. I would suggest smart tvs and put larger one in family room.

Location, location, location!!! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! The condo was very comfortable, like that it had the washer and dryer. No complaints with the beds.

Beautiful views from the balcony and spacious

The sliding door was so heavy and harsbro slide. Wanted to charge us extra if we happen to arrive early from traveling 7-8 hours and you can't give an exact time. They ask you an estimated arrival time. You tell them what might be the earliest and they want to charge you a prorated fee if you arrive an hour early. They tell you they can't guarantee your room will be ready by 4. Are they protating that if you can't check in by 4? The condo my husband and I stayed in over July 4th week with our kids graciously sent messages when the condos are ready so people are able to check in when they are ready. If you have everyone checking in at 4, the elevators and carts are all tied up. They need to be staggered to alleviate the rush/ crowd. The outlets on the wall by the sink and stove didn't work, we had to move everything to the other counter.

"This was a nice, quiet location."

We loved that this property was right on the beach. The balcony gave us fun views of birds, stingrays, and dolphins. Most restaurants and attractions are within a five minute’s drive. The area is quiet and less crowded than many beach towns.

There aren’t many restaurants within walking distance, and although the owners are very responsive to messages, I missed the comfort of a front desk worker.
