Cleaning services are not available on weekends & public holidays. Guests must provide valid proof of identification to receive room keys. Accepted forms include a passport, driver’s license, or official ID. Failure to provide identification may result in the booking not being occupied. Please note that full payment will be processed after the booking has been made. All requests for late arrivals or arrivals on Sundays or public holidays are subject to approval by the property and must be requested in advance. The resort has specific group booking conditions, including a group size limit, special check-in procedures, and additional deposits or indemnities. If your booking is part of a group or multi-party reservation exceeding 13 guests, contact the resort immediately after receiving your booking confirmation. Please note that renovation work in selected units will be carried out from 8 May to 30 September 2026, and some units may be affected by noise. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
