We enjoyed the lunch and the great service of the staff at the restaurant. The room was really comfortable which made staying there worthwhile

The fact that the power went out during my call today the lobby. That they gave my driver a hard time and my mother had to go downstairs to settle the matter and that the staff wouldn't help us with that our driver could park our car and sleep in it. They weren't forthcoming and took several calls and someone coming upstairs to talk to us to help. They still didn't resolve the situation

"Another perfect stay for transit in Mumbai."

A short overnight between two flights. Was very comfortable and clean. Had good buffet breakfast, although hot milk in espresso/latte coffee machine was not working so well. Lots of Indian and continental food, fresh fruit, lassi, made to order eggs, etc. I used gym which was efficient and clean. Airport shuttle was on-time and didn't make me wait.

Nothing. A bit pricier than other options but others were full (slightly more than 100 USD).
