"Excellent!"

We stayed at the Radisson Blu for 11 nights in March/April 2026. I booked the hotel to recover after a major surgery. We were allocated interconnecting rooms upon my request which were on the 2nd floor. They were quiet and just perfect for our stay. The rooms were large, with lovely neutral decor and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable and huge. The bathrooms were spacious and had all the amenities that may be required. There was always plenty of mineral water in the room. The rooms and bathroom were super clean and the housekeeping team went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent at the hotel with a great variety and I especially loved their fruit tarts and pastries. They were very thoughtful to send my breakfast up to my room for the first couple of days after my surgery when I was immobile. Ashton and Abhi at the restaurant really looked after us. We felt the location was excellent with close proximity to the airport and other places we needed to go to. Ubers were readily available. The hotel also assisted in receiving my parcels/deliveries for me. The service was excellent and everyone was kind & helpful. What we loved the most- The entire team went out of their way to ensure our comfort. As they were aware we were there for medical treatment they also ensured our rooms were ready upon our arrival in the morning even though checkin is in the afternoon. What could be improved- Nothing. Everything was perfect! Overall- Would definitely be booking there for our future trips and highly recommend the hotel to all!
