Borkum Island is partially car free. Please note that the schedule for Borkum’s Island ferry is continually changing, as ferry-crossing times are dependent on the tides. The travel time from Emden Ferry Port to Borkum Island is approximately 130 minutes, including a ride on the Island’s Inselbahn (train). Guests can leave their cars at Emden Ferry Port, which has a large car park. Please note that your credit card will not be charged by this site at any time. Credit card details are only required to secure the booking, and payment is due at the hotel. When you are booking a deal where full pre-payment is required, your credit card will be charged directly by the hotel. Please note that the wellness center is closed until March 2023. "Gutes Hotel in günstiger Lage."

Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Die Rezeption war häufig nicht besetzt. Schon bei der Ankunft kam es zu einer längeren Wartezeit. Nach einem entsprechenden Hinweis auf diesen Mangel erfolgte eine gleichgültige bis unfreundliche Reaktion.

Uns gefällt hier einfach alles. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Leider kam aus unserer Dusche nur wenig Wasser. Der Barkeeper war auch nicht immer freundlich zu seinen Gästen.

Om 14 00 zouden we kunnen inchecken. Maar helaas de kamer nog niet klaar. 10 minuten zal het duren. Dat werd een half uur. Wel netjes een drankje aangeboden gekregen (30graden) Kamer oogt netjes. Gedateerd dat wel. Verlichting naast 1 kant vh bed deed het niet. Ook geen airconditioning. Enorm heet op de kamer. Geen horren. Het matras was enorm door gezakt. T voeteneind lag hoger dan rest van je lichaam. Kussen ook erg slap. Keurig opgemaakt en handdoeken pakket lag Keurig klaar. Lekker douche! Helaas kon je in het hotel niet dineren. Het ontbijt was perfect. Erg warm hotel. Van andere faciliteiten geen gebruik kunnen maken omdat we er maar 2 dagen waren. En het perfect strand weer was.
