The capsules are so cosy and fun. The entire place is a great concept. The open air bath option with a gorgeous view of mt Fuji (weather permitting) was also really special.

We had a rental car so there was no problem. Otherwise it might not be the most central location for convenience. But we enjoyed the tranquil location and only a short drive to everything.

Fantastic location and property. Super comfy beds. Paying to rent towels was known to us but should just be supplied with the accommodation as part of the room cost. No tea/coffee/salt/pepper/sauces supplied so be prepared. This was our only accommodation in our 7 week trip that didn’t supply a few basics (aside from soap/shampoo).

Room was different with a pod bed set-up. Had all the facilities expected of its rating. Host was excellent with providing us transport to the bus station.

Very friendly owner, very easy to find. Only thing to improve is the mattress, i find it very hard

Everything is good except the mattress very thin, it feels like you sleep on the floor without any Mattress

all of us very like this cottage. actually we just book one night before go to takayama, but rebook one more night after takayama as well. mt fuji just infront of u after u open the door...two bath room and two toilet.so conveniece for big group. for second stay , owner friendly to allowed us to early check in.

only one thing. the cottage is without washing machine

The concept of this place is capsule like hotel. Every pod is very clean and equipped with charge point, light and air ventilation. Comfy for 1 adult and fun for the kids as to give them new experience

We found it quite cold at night when the ventilation fan is on, even with the comforter provided. Turning off the fan makes it slightly better, but it’s still chilly. It would be great if a heater fan or additional options for warmth could be considered for added comfort. It’s quite inconvenient for us to open and close our luggage every time we need to take out our clothes, especially given the limited space in the capsule homestay.
