"The worst experience in a hotel in 50 years"

No breakfast

The room was terrible, nothing like what I booked, but I have already sent booking.com 3 complaints about this property and have received no reply. You are bad people and will not recommend you to anyone. I booked 4 nights at the property and left after 2 nights it was so bad, you are fraudsters and that cost me 1.75 million Vietnamese Dong! Not to mention the discomfort and bad experience 10000 km from home on my own , thanks booking. Com!!! And I have taken photos and film of it all.!! No windows in the appointment and no balcony contrary to what I paid for!! You are sick people. I want my money back, but I already sent you 3 complaints with no reply.
