"Disappointing"

The apartment was dirty. Only bed and bins were clean. The rest has not been cleaned for a long time. The cleaning needs to be done properly.

"Overrated + requires renovation..."

Quiet location, walkable from town, but a motorbike is preferred. Size of our duplex unit was OK.

The unit actually looks very different from the pictures, it definitely requires renovation. The Booking.com score is overrated for Westerners, probably OK from a Vietnamese standpoint... There are many small things; damaged walls, several visible water problems, etc. The kitchen is also by far not sufficient to do home cooking, even basic cutlery was missing... There was no cleaning service done and no daily water provided.
