TTR Studio Apart Hotel

We were not told it was mattresses on floor or that it was on 2 levels attic room at top had electric cable coming out ceiling. It was dirty - fridge and microwave sticky with dirt. Black patch on ceiling above shower. No towels. We stayed one night due to exhaustion after travel. I did not even want to shower there. The boy on reception was apologetic as if guests leaving was not new to him. He did offer another room which was slightly better but we didn’t think it wd make much difference after we’d seen the general standard. It was not as advertised! We went to a different hotel which was far better, cleaner, comfier and lovely staff and turned out to be cheaper. I would advise folks to check the dates of reviews.

The hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean and well-equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will return!
