TTR Studio Apart Hotel

This property doesn't even worth 1 star.

The studio was not looking like what they advertised with this price I think I will have at least a clean room but I what received is a smelly, old, dirty, moldy room. I booked for 4 days 3 nights and there are no towels available for guests. I booked for 5 guests but there are only 2 beds and no extra bed for extra cost. The owner told me that is all they have, all the rooms they have is just like this, other location will look similar to this. When I told them the room was not like what they advertised they told me they would come to repaint the room if I wanted, and they would call the plumber because the bathroom smelled really bad. What a shame for what they can say. I don't know how they still be on all the booking apps when they are literally scamming people.

Big space, good value for money.

Not great cleanliness, also in the stairwells and corridors - needed a good sweep and mop. No windows in the downstairs area so it was pretty dark. Upstairs where the beds are, didn't have curtains on two windows. Bit shabby and signs of damp - quite different from the smart photos.
