We were fine and knew about the stairs but others may struggle to get to 3rd floor as lift only goes to the 2nd floor.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aurlandsfjord. The location is absolutely stunning, with beautiful views of the fjord and mountains that create a truly peaceful and memorable atmosphere. The hotel is charming, comfortable, and perfectly situated for exploring Aurland and the surrounding area. What made our stay especially enjoyable was the exceptional service. The receptionists were amazing—warm, welcoming, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations and any questions we had. Their friendliness made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The excellent breakfast, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding hospitality made this one of the highlights of our Norway trip. We would highly recommend Hotel Aurlandsfjord to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic fjord experience.

"Très bien mais des gros points d’amélioration"

Le personnel très agréable. La vue superbe sur le fjord. L’emplacement est très bien. Le petit déjeuner est bon.

La literie est beaucoup trop molle pour un hébergement de ce standing. La propreté de la chambre n’était pas super.

"Stunning view of the fjords."

Amazing views of the fjords and a comfortable room with convenient furniture and a good amount of space. The food in the restaurant was delicious, the location was excellent, and the staff was very friendly.

The only downsides were the absence of a refrigerator, a hairdryer, and a wardrobe in the room.
