Amazing location, the room had the most beautiful view of the fjord. Very classy and elegant design and feel, super kind staff, delicious and varied breakfast with a lot of options made to order.on top of the generous buffet.

We did not like the room which was allocated to us and requested a change. The staff was not very accommodating. At the end we could change the room and ended up with a room on the 4th floor. As the lift only was going up to the 2nd floor I could carry our luggage 2 floors up in a narrow staircase. The walk-in shower design was very poor. The glass panel was not wide enough, so while taking a shower the majority of the bathroom floor got wet.
