Very efficient and friendly staff. Room was comfortable, clean, recently remodeled a few things but could update flooring and elevator.

Cleaning smell at attempt to cover up some mildew or bad plumbing. Curtains were partially broken, so blkout was leaking. Also the air conditioner was smelly and noisy, bummer.

Liked how close it was to what we were going to do the weekend.

The fire feature outside did not light up, neither did the other outdoor lighting they had.

Indoor pool, not crowded. Staff was very friendly. The location was great.

The pillows were too soft to my liking, and for some reason, the bed made my back ache even though it was comfy. The bed was a little high, but I'm short, so I don't think that counts 🤣
