Comfort Suites Cedar Park - Austin Northwest

The hotel was comfortable and clean. However, they did not inform us that daily housekeeping was only available on request. We called front desk in the morning and asked for housekeeping to clean our room that day. They said they would. When returned at night, housekeeping had not gone to our room.

Air conditioner was loud. Water pressure was low and toilet was not working well

we liked the room size the bad very countable with good internet and breakfast was excellent. what I did not like was the coffee maker in the room was not working a part was missing and the sofa had some white stains on it and I dont like when pets are allow in the rooms there was a dog next to our room that was constantly barking.

Very clean and staff super friendly and helpful. Have stayed at 5 star hotels and this was by far great for the price…forget paying high prices…this will be my go to hotel in Cedar Park from now on.

TV and internet do not work half the time. Strong smell of smoke so bad you are forced to smell it in your room! Shower door came off and no one would come to help fix it!

Horrible place and not safe. Police actually searched my room looking for someone! Police are there multiple times a week. Staff does not help guests are address problems when they are reported!

Smoke smell is so strong you can smell it in your room. Staff does not do job and take care of guests. If something is broken in your room they will not help you to lll and get it fixed.
