Location was close to the Air Force Base .

Not as advertised. No shampoo or body wash in the dispensers . Latch missing on bathroom for and wouldn’t stay shut . The tub backed up with water ( sometimes brown water ) while showering. No toilet paper dispenser tube . The sofa bed mattress had stains, crumbs and BED BUGS ! We noticed the bed bugs while folding the sofa bed back up the morning we checked out . No internet ( it was down). We were hoping to use the outdoor grill and it was thoroughly disgusting with no propane tank hooked up to it . We wanted use the gym and it had a horrible odor to it . Quiet time after 9 pm was not enforced. We were awakened several times during the night with loud music / people outside under our bedroom window and court yard . We stopped in the office after 9 am to check out and report these issues and no one was available.

Horrible smell when walking into room bed was also covered in stains that I don’t even want to know what they were do not recommend staying here

The room was a great size, self control temp available.

Unfortunately the bathroom wasn't clean, there was hair in the shower, on the floor and the bathroom sink didn't drain properly.

Spacious

There was a random glass of water on top of the kitchen cabinets, too high to reach… very odd. The appliances could’ve used a good wipe down. There was literally no staff, our traveling partners had a very hard time checking in.

The room was clean but you could tell that it used to be one that was smoked in. It wreaked of cigarette smoke. The bathroom smelled like mold and mildew. It looked newly remodeled but the smoke smell was terrible. If we had to stay any longer I would have asked for a new room or gone to a different hotel. I won’t be staying here again.

Nothing our room was sold out on us.

They did not honor our reservation for booking.com despite a confirmation. The office person was high, not helpful did not care said it was our problem with booking.com and rude beyond works. Don't recommend that place.

Manager was very rude.
