The location and the amount of space

The bathroom tub and sink was stopped up . Contacted the front desk and they stated they weren’t on the property. Had to wait 2 hours for them to return . Then found a roach in the kitchen

Privacy.

No elevator

Good location to get to places.

Plates, cups, and silverware not adequate. There were only three pieces each, and only two spoons. Makes it hard for multiple meals; had to wash dishes each meal.

Nice location and loved the cleanliness of the hotel.

There was never anyone at the front desk. I was able to check in with someone but the rest of my stay I did not see anyone. When ready to check out, the door was unlocked and personal papers on the desk but there was no one there. Not good when you can see other customers information.

I liked the space. Plenty of room.

I didn’t like that there was no staff on duty at all times. Front desk/computer system shut down 15 minutes before the actual close time. I had to get a room at another hotel. Dishes in dishwasher still dirty. Kitchen not cleaned completely and not enough cookware. Bathtub was backed up. When I turned on shower, water begin the enter back in the tub with hair.

The location was perfect, close to restaurants and shopping. Less than 8 mins from family.

There were no extra.sheets for the pull out bed, and someone's shirt was in the closet
