Lisbon Prime Aparts - Chiado

We were a group of 8 adults coming off a cruise and spent 2 nights at the apartment. The location was great as there are restaurants a few steps away, and other shops close by. The subway station was also across the street. Three of the 4 bedrooms were very comfortable. The smallest room was a a little quaint as the toilet and washbasin were literally in the bedroom. But we made it work. One bedroom was huge with a king size bed and a very, very big bathroom. The other 2 had queen sized beds and shared a bathroom. The entire apartment appeared to be recently updated and tastefully furnished. Has a large dining room, with enough chairs to accommodate all of us. The living room was very comfortable with a large sofa and television. The kitchen had a coffeemaker and other appliances, which we didn't use. Communication with the staff was prompt, especially before we arrived and ongoing. We appreciated Maria, who arranged our transportation from the cruise port and to the airport. Nuno was the person who let us into the apartment and was a tremendous help in getting our suitcases into the apartment via steps and an elevator. Thank you Nuno. Overall, we enjoyed this accommodation and would book again.

The steps leading to the elevator made it difficult to carry the big suitcases.

Location was good

A lot of things were not working. Fans were inadequate, shower gel was as good as not there, staff was not responsive. Except for the location, rest of the things were not upto the mark.

Very nice, just wished there was air conditioning.

Excellent location, spacious, very well maintained, great facilities, perfect for a group of 5. Maria and the team provided excellent service and communication making the stay very easy.

L’appartement est très grand, la literie très confortable, 3 salles de bain avec WC, il est très bien situé à 1 mn du métro Baixa-Chiado. Il est équipé suffisamment en vaisselle.

Nous aurions aimé savoir qu’une chambre sur les 4 que comptent l’appartement ne dispose pas de fenêtre.

The apartment was in an excellent location

The bathroom in the master bedroom is in a desperate need of refurbishment. I found it very odd not having a door on the en suite. The apartment is for six adults but there was only four mugs and glasses. We asked for some to be dropped off. The glasses arrived but we never received any mugs which meant that we had to share the four mugs between the six of us. Very annoying when we wanted to sit as a six for breakfast

Location is prime. Short walking distance to the best areas of Lisbon. Spacious apartment with all the amenities you need. Except from the bathroom (which really needs an upgrade) the apartment is great.

Both bathrooms are worn and needs upgrade. Impossible to shower without getting water all over the complete floor. The shower cabinet in the bathroom in the master bedroom was destroyed and impossible to use. Had to hand shower in the tub. Not what you expect for this type of appartment. This is also the reason for why they don't get full score.
