Apartment was in a great location, right in the centre of Lisbon, with main shops and restaurants within close walking distance. Train and metro stations also very close by for day trips like Sintra. We were met promptly at the property to receive the keys and access the apartment. Taxi from airport to accommodation was easy and cost around £45 for 6 people.

Apartment was on 4th floor, and lift had maximum capacity of a few people which meant we either had to walk up 4 flights of stairs or do a few rounds on the lift. The bathrooms & kitchen could also do with being updated / refreshed as they are slightly outdated and in need of a deep clean or upgrade.

Lovely Apartment Perfect Location. Happy Customer Overall!

One of our travellers arrived early and a deposit was required for access while I was in transit to the Apartment which wasn't ideal. Could of been arranged prior. The ensuite bathroom has no shower door.

The apartment's location is perfect, close to everything. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean.

The owners deducted money from our deposit for what they claimed were makeup residues on one towel. While we understand the need for cleanliness, the makeup was completely washable, and the deduction seemed excessive.The deposit itself was high, creating a sense of uncertainty about whether we would get it back, as the apartment had several issues that needed fixing, making it unclear if any deductions would be fair or simply a way to offset maintenance costs. On the last day we attempted to contact the owners regarding the possibility of leaving our luggage for a few hours after check-out. We were willing to pay for the convenience, but unfortunately, no one picked up the phone.or answered our messages.

"Disgusting as hell! Take my advice - Stay as far away from this as possible!"

We travel a lot, and we are always booking vacation rentals for our stay because that works a lot better for our family. And we've had iffy experiences with our vacation rentals in the past, but in every other case we've chosen to make a bit of a compromise and move on, simply because we didn't want to lose our precious vacation time dealing with such problems. But never has an experience been so bad that it forced us to do an early check-out while not caring about the money we'd lose in the process. This apartment was a rare exception! We checked out on the very next day, and in the process, we lost $800 for the remaining two nights of our stay. But despite that we couldn't have been happier to have bitten the bullet! We were getting out of hell! The master bathroom was missing a door in the shower cubicle. That meant all of us were stuck with a much smaller very distant bathroom. But then this smaller bathroom was also leaking LOTS of water from the shower cubicle despite having a door there. Unfortunately, I wasn't careful enough to check the previous reviews when I booked this. But later when I did, I realized that the missing shower door has been reported in almost every single review for almost an year now. And the hosts haven't cared to fix it still.! And only if that was not enough, the house had an odor everywhere that just couldn't be explained. The floor was so sticky that we felt like we were walking on fresh laid tar. The living room sofa cover was filthy like hell.

The location is perfect, views are amazing, and the property is accessible by lift and a few stairs. There is a lot of space.

Now, where do we start. This is a luxury place, costs tons of money, it was supposed to be special. However, the place is weirdly set up, lots of lost space, bedrooms are fine, but bedroom 3 has a very very small bed. Single beds would be better. The bathrooms were a disaster, believe everything you read in the reviews. One has no shower door (broken off), no door to the bedroom, so very, very unpleasant and wet. The second bathroom had doors, but also had tons of mold all over the shower, so it was very unpleasant as well. The third (toilet only) had a door, but the handle was broken and off, so you couldn't close the door either. Further, there were not enough towels and separate blankets for 5 guests (singles), they did deliver some on request, but it was a struggle. We tried to use the washing machine, but it did not turn on. Contacts the managers were unpleasant and unproductive.

"Poor management/Great Apartment"

Location. Great area near everything. Very large apartment.

A water powered radiant heater in a bathroom was on and blasting out heat. It made 2 of the three bedrooms very hot. This apartment has no A/C. We texted and called the management both days of our stay. They did not fix the problem. The apartment is great but needs to have some money put in it. The bathrooms really need some attention and money.

we loved the spaciousness of the apt! there was ample room for the 6 of us adults. we used the kitchen every morning for breakfast and it worked great! the beds! were very comfortable!!

we could not turn off the towel heater in the small bathroom, which made that bathroom even more hot! the handle was missing from the half bath sink. I would have loved a door to the shower in the main bedroom. it would be nice to have a few more fans for the south side room due to the sun!

"Great location but definitely NOT a Luxury apartment as it needs repairs."

Location was great, walking distance to sights, restaurants and shops There was an elevator except for ¾ of a flight of stairs to get to apartment and a few steps at 4th flr to get to apartment. Bright large french doors Very spacious Good washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine.

Host company was not very responsive to our problem with the towel heater which was on full blast and not making the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms hot especially bothersome as the aprtment dosen't have air conditioning. Our check in person was not the most friendly, bit grouchy actually. The cleaners were still cleaning when we arrive around 5pm, we were told to leave our bags and come back in 40 mins. Main bedroom ensuite bathroom the shower door was missing so floor got soaked when shower used, frosted glass enclosure for toilet was missing section so no privacy especially as there is no door to the bathroom Both showers in bath rooms had mould - pretty disgusting, Saturday night there was a loud live band playing til MIdnight - Pillows were too thick so not comfortable most of the pictures on wall were gone- so picture of the apartment are misleadi To sum it up, the apartment need a lot of repairs, we were only there for 4 nights it serviced us. the location made up for most of the shortcomings of apartment. I would definitely take out "Luxury" in the title for this apartment get rid of the mold and make repairs.
