SpringHill Suites Durango

It was clean and spacious. Easy to get to.

I didn't have a hair dryer in my room, but they brought one very quickly.

Breakfast was a good spread. Room was furnished nice and comfortable enough for a nights stay. There is a nice trail nearby.

There was no hot water. I let the receptionist know when we got in that I tried having the water run for 10 mins on full heat and it wasn't getting hot - she just said it takes awhile sometime. I let them know again when I checked out as I couldn't take a shower at 4am because it couldn't get hot. The receptionist at checkout said they were aware of the problem in the wing I was staying in and trying to work on it for awhile now... Why would you put people in a wing that doesn't have full facilities? Would have been a good price if I got everything I paid for.

Good location. Clean room. Cold AC. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

My only complaint is that the pillows are terrible.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful! The breakfast was ready, replenished in a timely manner and the breakfast staff (in the food area) was very courteous and attentive. Plenty of options. Everything was easily accessible including the pool, gym and bathrooms, meeting room, ECT... I accidentally knocked off a low towel bar, with my knee, that was hanging on the sink counter and the front desk lady was very professional and said she would have it taken care of. I was worried about it and felt bad.

I hit my knee with that towel bar that got off in the bathroom as I was raising my knee to put it in my pant leg. I do apologize but if it tends to happen a lot (maybe it doesn't,lol!) maybe it can be reevaluated on where to put them, elsewhere.

Breakfast was decent and the beds were comfortable, lived the space in the room.

There was some kind of loose pipe in the ceiling of our room that was rattle very loudly when the person above us would move. We ended up having to find another room to sleep in due to the loud noise.
